Mayday/Summermal – This tide celebrates the renewal of life in Midgarð, when we sacrifice for victory and prosperity in the coming year.

May Day is coming around the corner.   Due to growth of interest in our group we are having it at a campground in upstate NY. We are not only having an evening Freya ritual on her day Friday to start off the weekend, we are having a corresponding ritual for Freyr Saturday afternoon.  We are establishing traditions we are started last year. These are not only rituals we preform to honor the gods, but gathering in Frith deepening our relationships old and new. Instead of classes this time we are having guided discussions, simple good cooking and time to enjoy the outdoors. Something we don’t often get to do in our busy lives.

Today if you are out and about in NYC today there is Pagan Pride Day, it is at Battery Park.  We will have a table there today with a little table with a sunwheel banner and everything.  Feel free to come on up and talk to us.
